May’s Monthly Assembly: 
State Fair
Thursday, May 8, 2008  1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Location:  Calvary Chapel, RSM

Come and learn about the states in our country! We will do a "State" Fair. Each participating member child will sign up for a state and do a presentation board. As we "visit" each state, the child can tell interesting facts they learned while researching their state. Each state will also present a recipe that represents that state. Visitors are welcome to come and see and explore our group!

Homeschoolers Information Night
Next meeting: Monday, May 5, 2008 – 7:00 p.m. in Mission Viejo

Bring your questioning friends and neighbors to this evening of information for new or prospective homeschoolers. We will have our usual "dyn-o-mite" panel of veteran parents and teens, who will share their purposes, joys, struggles, and methods for home educating. Infants in arms are welcome, as well as children that can sit with their parents and listen or read quietly to themselves. Childcare is not provided.
